Job Description

To take care of statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Actuarial like Bonus, Leave Encashment and Gratuity.

To do the reconciliation of PF and ESIC details.

To take care of registration of branches in Shops and Establishment Act and its compliance.

To be updated about the minimum wages and its implementation.

To Laison with Government Authorities and Legal Consultants.

Should be presentable. Should have good comm skills.

Essential Skills :

1. Regular MBA in HR
2. 2 to 3 years HR compliance handling experience, preferably in a sales organization.
