KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Recruitment Strategy - Develop and Implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business objectives.

* Recruitment Process Management - Manage the recruitment process including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening and selection.

* Talent Acquisition - Attract and hire top talent, ensuring that candidates meet the required skills, qualifications and cultural fit.

* Candidate experience - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

* Stakeholder Management - Collaborate with hiring managers, other stakeholders, and effective communication.

* Metrics and Analytics - Track and analyze recruitment metrics, providing recruitment processes.
