Job Description
- We are looking for an Executive - Quality Assurance who will be responsible for activities of the QA | QC function of our Site at Dahej. Job Location - Dahej ,Bharuch Qualification: -MSc Chemistry Experience:- Minimum Qualification should be Ph.D | M. Sc. Minimum 10 15 years in chemicals industries for MSc and PHD minimum 2 years plus Job responsibility: Quality Assurance (QA) Role Key Responsibilities: Annual QA Planning and Budgeting: Develop and submit annual QA requirements for departmental budgeting in collaboration with the Head of Department (HoD). Ensure adequate resource allocation to support the smooth functioning of QA operations throughout the year. 2.Process Monitoring and Improvement: Regularly monitor and evaluate QA processes to identify inefficiencies or gaps. Work proactively with cross-functional teams to address these issues and implement corrective actions to optimize operations. Execution of QA Requirements: Oversee critical QA functions, including managing customer complaints, conducting qualifications and validations, handling change controls, preparing Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), controlling labels, and performing plant inspections. Ensure all QA activities meet both internal standards and customer expectations for quality and compliance. 4.Customer Satisfaction Enhancement: Drive the timely and efficient execution of QA processes to enhance overall customer satisfaction. Act as a key point of contact to resolve customer complaints or concerns related to product quality. 5 Reporting and Issue Resolution: Report and monitor deviations or abnormalities in collaboration with department heads, ensuring prompt resolution. Follow up on corrective actions to ensure issues are properly closed and documented according to quality standards. 6.Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA): Oversee the implementation of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and CAPA for critical deviations, ensuring effective solutions are in place to prevent recurrence. Ensure CAPAs are properly tracked and completed within agreed timelines. 7.Documentation and Compliance: Review key documentation, including Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), validation protocols, customer complaints, and audit findings. Ensure timely and effective implementation of all regulatory and internal requirements across the organization. 8 Team Development and Growth: Foster the professional development of QA team members by identifying training needs and providing mentorship. Prepare team members for future responsibilities and leadership roles through continuous learning and skill-building initiatives. Key Skills and Qualifications: In-depth knowledge of QA principles, regulatory guidelines, and industry standards. Proven experience in managing quality assurance functions, addressing customer complaints, and resolving critical deviations. Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on team development and cross-functional collaboration,
