- Senior Principal Consultant - Network Security Engineer Location: ALL Genpact Locations Experience: 10+ Years Please - Only Immediate joiners Responsibilities As a Network Security Engineer, candidate will be responsible for the below. Designing & Implementation of network security and automation solutions as well as help with operational tasks where necessary. The focus will be on Firewall, Load Balancers and VPN. Good Experience in managing Enterprise environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams & working in a team with minimal supervision. Expertise with Firewall technologies like Palo Alto would be a plus. Expertise with Corp VPN technologies and support (Global Protect and F5 a plus) Working Knowledge with Routing, Zscaler and Switching technologies (Cisco, Arista, Juniper) Working knowledge with automation Should be technically strong in the below. o Routing and Switching Fundamentals o Firewall Fundamentals and expertise (rulesets, policies) o Load Balancing Fundamentals and expertise. o VPN Fundamentals for Corporate Environments o Troubleshooting methodology with the OSI method o Overall understanding of Security Fundamentals as a whole Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients, including response to escalations, proactively notifying customers of network issues, assessing and communicating business impact. Track, report, and proactively address network capacity issues based on business forecasts. Configure and utilize a variety of network management tools. Find and implement new technologies that simplify the network environment while improving security and performance. Follow IT change control best practices for predictable results. Analyze and recommend contemporary and emerging technologies for deployment across the enterprise. Network capacity planning, performance tuning and troubleshooting. Create and maintain up to date documentation of the network environment detailing configuration of deployed solutions. Fast isolation and resolution of network security, load balancing. Provide design engineering Level 3 support for the corporate network & mentor Level 2 Network team members. Demonstrate good judgment in solving problems as well as identifying problems in advance and proposing solutions. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications / Skills Bachelor's Degree required. Preferred Qualifications/ Skills Good Interpersonal skills. Possess good verbal and written communication skills.,
