Job Description
:- Responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the brand.
- Major focus on developing key IPs that include on-ground events for the brand.
- Work closely with the sales and editorial teams on client solutions, new show launches and promotions, monetisation of the channels flagship properties etc.
- Creating comprehensive decks and sales packages to support sales efforts.
- Develop creative briefs and ideas to be shared with in-house creatives teams as well as agency partners
- Cross functional coordination and responsibilities work alongside PR, design, editorial, social media, production & sales teams
- Conduct market research to identify audience needs and preferences.
- Monitor and report on competitor marketing activities
Requirements:
- Master's degree / MBA in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in overall marketing sound knowledge of ATL, digital and social media marketing
- Deep understanding of the on-ground event, activation, and IP business for brands. Experience in handling event agencies and on-ground production is a plus.
- Strong PowerPoint skills are a must alongside understanding of MS Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to create compelling marketing content and drive strong brand campaigns.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and project management skills.
- Creative problem-solving skills
