Job Description
- An organisation is searching for experienced candidates for the position of Business Development Head. The major responsibilities will be: Driving business growth: Developing and implementing strategies to improve the current portfolio and explore new business opportunities Leading business development activities: Collaborating across functions to grow market share and meet and anticipate the current and future consumer demands. Analyzing market trends: Keeping up with industry events, competitors, and clients needs to identify growth opportunities Managing business development teams: Leading sales teams to meet revenue goals Key account management, managing large QSR chains, Hotels B2B Clients. Developing business policies: Planning and directing all aspects of an organizations business development policies, objectives, and initiatives Negotiating contracts: Selecting prospective vendors and negotiating contracts Conducting financial feasibility studies: Developing proposals for new business opportunities Ideal Candidate must have Relevant MNC Experience in Managing B2B Clients of minimum 5-7 years Experience in Edible Oil, Spices, flavors, seasoning, and Ingredient supplies to the food business. Correct business acumen required to drive the business. Exposure To Horeca (Hotel Restaurant Catering) Sector Is Preferred. Candidates having relevant experience from MNCs will be an added advantage. Qualifications: MBA or equivalent in Marketing from a reputed institute with 5-7 years of relevant experience Well versed with MS office Confident and ready to accept challenges Candidates having strong presentation skills with convincing power and pleasing personality.
