Your future team As an Individual Contributor, the Mission Director(MD) is a strategic PMO, Project management office, focusing on defining the path to cloud and managing customer cloud launch journey for the strategic customers. They ensure overall coordination of across SMEs within the business, ensuring customers achieve their cloud goals and company value, and they will aggregate and prioritise product insights and feedback. In practice, you will coordinate company experts from Sales, CSS, R&D teams to deliver the best solution to the customer for their cloud adoption and migration journey. You will report to the Senior Manager, Mission Directors. Responsibilities: What Youll Do Oversee strategic customers, guide cloud transitions, and implement deliverables to meet goals. Align customer objectives with broader goals. Understand customer needs, demonstrate the ability to address them, and create recommendations from data and insights. Communicate the vision to partners and peers, driving shared understanding and commitment to objectives. Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects forms, and listen attentively to confirm understanding. Share critical information with partners to foster efficient collaboration. Understand product offerings and their value, aligning product knowledge with customer needs. Articulate how the companys products can enhance operational efficiency and strategic growth. Stay updated on industry trends and integrate knowledge into customer interactions. Identify business problems and propose user-focused solutions, defining practical implementations of new ideas. Design and implement new solutions, leading projects and promoting a culture of innovation. Collaborate with diverse teams to develop solutions and share knowledge, fostering a learning culture. Encourage collaboration within the team to achieve common goals. Contribute to a collaborative environment and share improvements through mentoring. Qualifications: Key competencies: 10- 14 years of experience in a strategic customer-facing role within either customer support, customer success, a migrations-specific department, or other meaningful function.
