Job Description
- A company is seeking a Director Project Management. What youll do in the role: The company is looking for a 6+ years experienced Lead business analyst / Project Manager to manage delivery in Capital Market Domain. The candidate needs to be able to work with geographically dispersed groups across Finance and IT in a very dynamic, rapidly evolving, and high pressure, high visibility project setting. Role will require candidate documenting requirements in the form of user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and liaising with end users to obtain sign off. The candidate is expected to lead team of Business Analysts/ Testing Team supporting Project implementation and manage stakeholders providing timely Project updates. Qualifications What youll bring to the role: Experience in Capital Markets, Finance Reporting, COREP, Basel, Accounting Expertise in Trade Life Cycle across Asset Classes with particular emphasis on Derivatives & Secured Financing Transactions (SFT) Communication of project status and risks to fleet lead Experience in Capital Reporting, Basel III/Basel IV requirements for Capital Adequacy, Capital Ratio Calculations, and Regulatory Reporting Projects for US/EMEA region for capital reporting. Experience in projects/system involving calculation of Risk Weighted Assets (RWA), Calculation of Credit Risk Capital Requirement using Internal Rating Approach (IRB), and Standardized Approach. Should own the quality and timeliness of delivery and not be afraid to challenge status quo and seek to constantly improve upon current state. Consulting/BA Exp in either of FP&A, Treasury, Product Control or Capital Reporting division with Top tier global Bank preferred Experience of working in an agile development environment with strong testing background #JPKR #JPKR,
