Job Description
- Skills: Go (Programming Language), Python (Programming Language), Microservices, AWS, GCP, backend, Roles & Responsibilities Manage individual projects priorities, deadlines, and deliverables. Build low latency microservices. Work on scaling services. Participate first hand in system design and architecture discussions. End to end engineering - design, develop, test, deploy, debug, maintain and improve the software. Ideal Candidate 1-4 years of hands-on experience in developing applications. Need to be proficient in Golang and Python. Proven experience on managing/building complex Go services and handling large databases such as mongo/clickhouse. Experience working in a fast-paced environment. Work in a fast-paced environment understanding the business requirements and implementing solutions. Strong design skills involving data modelling and low-level class design. Knowledge of best practices of working with large data sets and DB clusters. Must have a passion for tackling problems and building and managing scalable systems. Experience developing scalable and low latency micro-services. Understanding of public cloud platforms like AWS, GCP or Azure. Hands-on experience of working with Databases and Linux/Unix platform. Understanding of Micro-services architecture and associated design patterns (CQRS, Saga, etc. Experience working with caching, message queues, streaming services, web-sockets, SQL, and NoSQL. Experience with scalable systems (techniques like replication, sharding). Experience with performance engineering (monitoring & actioning on application performance stats). Good to have: Experience with gRPC (HTTP2 Protocol buffers). Good to have: Experience with high-performance websites catering to millions requests. Knowledge of best practices of working with large data sets and DB clusters. Must have a passion for tackling problems and building and managing scalable systems. Experience developing scalable and low latency microservices.
