- About The Organisation The DataFlow Group is a leading global provider of specialized Primary Source Verification (PSV) solutions, background screening and immigration compliance services. The DataFlow Group partners with clients across the public and private sectors to assist them in mitigating potential risk by exposing fraudulent : Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated QA Tester with 5-9 years of experience to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through comprehensive testing, defect reporting, and collaboration with the development team. Key Responsibilities Test Planning : Assist in the creation of test plans and test cases based on project requirements and specifications. Manual Testing : Execute manual testing of web and mobile applications to identify defects, inconsistencies, and usability issues. Regression Testing : Conduct regression testing to ensure that new features or changes do not negatively impact existing functionality. Functional Testing : Perform functional testing to verify that software meets specified requirements and performs as expected. Compatibility Testing : Verify software compatibility across different browsers, devices, and operating systems. Performance Testing : Assist in the execution of performance tests to identify bottlenecks and assess system responsiveness. Defect Reporting : Document and track defects, issues, and enhancement requests using bug tracking tools. Test Documentation : Maintain test documentation, including test cases, test scripts, and test data. Qualifications & Expertise Required Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 4-7 years of professional experience in software quality assurance or testing. Basic understanding of software testing principles and methodologies. Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
