- Position Overview: We are seeking a Database Lead who will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining all influencer databasesboth new and historical. This role is critical in ensuring that our influencer data is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible for the team. The ideal candidate will have strong database management skills and experience in the digital marketing space. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the end-to-end management of influencer databases, including data entry, cleaning, validation, and regular updates. Maintain historical records of influencer collaborations, campaign performances, and brand partnerships. Collaborate with the influencer management and campaign execution teams to ensure data accuracy and availability for strategic planning. Create and implement efficient workflows for database maintenance, ensuring that the information is stored securely and is easily retrievable. Analyze influencer data trends to support campaign targeting, reporting, and insights. Develop strategies for expanding the influencer database with high-quality profiles aligned with client needs. Conduct regular audits to ensure data compliance and integrity. Provide regular reports to management on database health, influencer performance metrics, and campaign insights. Work closely with the IT team to ensure that the database system is optimized for performance and scalability. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in database management, ideally within the influencer marketing or digital marketing industry. Strong knowledge of database software (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB, SQL Server) and CRM tools. Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and tools.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills .Ability to handle large datasets and perform complex queries. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
