- Job Title: Machine Learning and Generative AI Consultant Location: Bangalore Job Summary: We are seeking for a versatile and client-focused Machine Learning and Generative AI Consultant to join our consulting team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in AI/ML to design and deliver innovative solutions for diverse clients across industries. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing custom AI strategies, and implementing scalable models to address unique business challenges. Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement and Problem-Solving: Collaborate with multiple clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and data ecosystems. Translate client requirements into actionable AI/ML solutions. Provide strategic guidance on integrating AI/ML into business processes for maximum impact. Solution Design and Development: Design and develop machine learning and generative AI models tailored to client needs, including NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics. Use cutting-edge frameworks and technologies to create scalable, robust, and efficient solutions. Data Preparation and Analysis: Work with clients data teams to access, preprocess, and analyze data for training and testing AI models. Develop methodologies to handle diverse datasets and domain-specific challenges. Implementation and Deployment: Build and deploy AI/ML solutions in clients environments, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. Provide post-deployment support and monitoring to maintain model performance. Thought Leadership and Training: Deliver presentations, workshops, and training sessions to clients, enabling them to understand and adopt AI solutions effectively. Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and thought leadership by publishing white papers or presenting at industry events. Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related field. PhD preferred. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other ML frameworks. Experience with generative AI models like GPT, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, etc. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices. Expertise in designing scalable APIs and microservices. Consulting Skills: Proven ability to work with diverse clients across industries. Strong analytical skills to identify root problems and create tailored AI/ML strategies. Excellent presentation and communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Experience: 3-7+ years of experience in machine learning, AI, or data science roles, preferably in consulting or client-facing environments. A portfolio showcasing successful AI/ML projects delivered for clients. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of industry-specific challenges (e.g., finance, healthcare, manufacturing).
