- Job Title: ERP Farvision Coordinator Location: Noida Department: IT / Operations Job Summary: The ERP Farvision Coordinator is responsible for managing the implementation, configuration, and day-to-day operation of the Farvision ERP system within the organization. The role requires close collaboration with various departments to ensure seamless workflow, efficient data management, and the successful use of ERP to support the companys business processes. The candidate will also provide technical support and training to users to optimize the use of the system in operations. Key Responsibilities: ERP Implementation & Configuration Lead the implementation and configuration of the Farvision ERP system based on the business requirements of the company. Customize modules like sales, construction, finance, and procurement within Farvision to align with project workflows. System Maintenance & Upgrades Regularly monitor the system for performance issues and ensure timely updates and patches. Coordinate with the software vendor for system upgrades, bug fixes, and new features. User Support & Training Act as the primary point of contact for ERP-related issues and troubleshooting. Provide technical assistance and train staff on the effective use of the Farvision ERP modules. Develop user manuals, conduct workshops, and offer continuous support to ensure proper utilization of the system. Process Optimization Analyze existing processes and work closely with departments such as Finance, HR, Sales, and Construction to enhance operational efficiency through ERP automation. Develop workflows that streamline key functions such as budgeting, inventory control, and project management. Data Management & Reporting Oversee data entry, integrity, and regular system audits to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is maintained. Generate and customize reports for different departments to support management in decision-making, project tracking, and financial analysis. Project Coordination & Documentation Assist in documenting ERP system configurations, workflows, and procedures. Coordinate with project teams and vendors to ensure alignment on project timelines and deliverables related to ERP functionalities. Compliance & Security Ensure data security and implement best practices for backup, recovery, and system access control. Ensure compliance with industry standards and legal requirements, particularly regarding data management and financial reporting. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience: 3-5 years of experience working with ERP systems, particularly in real estate or construction industries. ERP Knowledge: Proficiency with Farvision ERP or similar systems is highly preferred. Technical Skills: Familiarity with database management, system integration, and ERP implementation. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze business processes and recommend improvements. Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate across departments. Problem-Solving: Proactive in troubleshooting system issues and providing technical support. Project Management: Experience in managing projects and collaborating with vendors and internal teams. Preferred Skills: Experience working in a real estate or construction environment. Hands-on experience with system customization and workflow automation in Farvision. Understanding of industry regulations and compliance in real estate operations.
