Job Description

Requirements Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in ERP Implementation. Strong understanding of ERP systems and their business applications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with various departments and stakeholders. Proven ability to train, support, and resolve issues for end-users. Ability to work independently and manage project timelines effectively. Previous client-facing experience in an ERP implementation role. Objective EduBild Technologies is a Jaipur-based company specializing in cutting-edge software solutions and Generative AI development. We are seeking a dedicated ERP Implementation Support professional to work with our prestigious client in Kolkata, ensuring a smooth ERP Next system implementation. Roles and Responsibilities ERP Training: Train client departments and team members on the functionalities and usage of ERP Next by Frappe, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of various modules and features. Module Explanation: Explain the purpose and functioning of each module to stakeholders and address their queries related to system operations. Feedback Collection: Document user concerns, requested changes, and any bugs reported during system usage, ensuring clear communication of these issues to the development team. Liaison with Development Team: Regularly report updates, changes, and challenges to the development team and ensure timely follow-ups for solutions or system adjustments. Project Updates: Provide frequent progress updates to the client and maintain transparency about the projects timeline and implementation status. Implementation Management: Ensure the ERP Next system is successfully implemented across all departments, overseeing the complete process from training to troubleshooting. Change Management: Assist in managing the transition to the ERP system by addressing resistance, and ensuring user acceptance and satisfaction.,
