Requirements Job Description: We are seeking an experienced professional in data warehousing and engineering with a strong background in designing and developing software solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in architecting distributed data systems, coding, testing, and documenting robust and scalable data analytics applications. Key Responsibilities Design and architect distributed data systems to ensure robust and scalable solutions for data analytics. Develop, test, and document new or modified data systems. Collaborate with Big Data developers to ensure consistency across data solutions. Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements, identify training needs, and deliver training sessions. Conduct research on technology and products to define requirements, resolve key issues, and enhance the analytics technology stack. Evaluate and provide feedback on emerging technologies and software updates. Job-Specific Knowledge Support Big Data solutions and batch/real-time analytics using transformational technologies. Contribute to multiple projects as a technical team member, focusing on user requirement analysis, software application design and development, testing, and automation tools. Develop strategies utilizing business intelligence and data platforms. Skills Required Proficient in programming and debugging with Python. Experience with public cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Expertise in Data Engineering technologies, including Spark, Hadoop, and Kafka. Ability to research and explore new technologies and frameworks. Familiarity with agile or rapid application development methodologies and tools such as Bitbucket, Jira, and Confluence. Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment with a focus on continuous innovation and managing ambiguity. Passionate about technology with a desire to leverage existing skills while exploring new approaches. Experience in collaborating with global teams.
