Job Description
- Job Title: Field Sales Executive Locations: Noida/Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Dhanbad/Deoghar, Jharkhand, Kolkata (Hooghly), West Bengal Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in field sales, preferably in the automobile industry. Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days. Industry: Automobile Key Responsibilities Sales Achievement : Drive sales targets and achieve growth in line with company objectives. Client Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Market Analysis : Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Product Knowledge : Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to potential customers. Territory Management : Manage and grow the sales pipeline in your assigned area. Reporting : Maintain records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-up activities in CRM. Feedback Collection : Gather customer and market feedback to assist in product development and improvement. Requirements Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the automobile sector. Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Skills Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Proficiency in local language and English. Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office. Mobility: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory. Notice Period: Available to join within 0-15 days. Preferred Attributes Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Proven track record of successful client engagement and relationship management. Knowledge of the local automobile market and customer base.
