- Generate leads and actively identify new sales opportunities in the field.
- Conduct in-person meetings with clients to promote products or services and close sales.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Regularly update CRM with customer details, meetings, and sales progress.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and build relationships.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor products.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries effectively and promptly.
- Proven experience in field sales or a similar role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach.
- Good knowledge of CRM software.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
