Jewellery Designer
Salary : 20K to 30K

Product Plan
Create, execute and review product plans that align with the company strategic objectives and market trends.
Identify consumer needs, emerging trends and product adoption rate.
Product Quality
Create and develop innovative quality product designs, including decorative items that reflect market trends and customer requirements.
Identify any quality issues or complaints immediate and effectively resolve quality complains on time and timely deliver the products.
Customer Satisfaction
Gather and analyze customer feedback through reviews, to understand their needs, preferences and complains.
Use customer feedback and behavior data to assess the effectiveness of visual merchandising and make data-driven improvements.
Clearly communicate any potential delays or changes in product availability to customers through marketing channels
New Business
Identify and evaluate potential new business opportunities and market segments through market research, competitive analysis, and trend forecasting.
Collaborate and coordinate with marketing & sales teams to develop new strategy to define product requirements and business objectives for new product design.
Conceptualization
Generate ideas and concepts for new jewelry designs, considering market trends, client preferences, and personal style.
Design Creation
Develop sketches or knowledge of digital renderings of jewelry designs, incorporating elements such as gemstones, metals, and other materials.
Material Selection
Choose appropriate materials for each design, considering factors like durability, aesthetics, and cost.
Reviewing
At each level of development.
Prototyping
Create prototypes or samples of designs to test their feasibility and appeal before mass production.
Craftsmanship
Utilize various jewelry-making techniques, such as casting, soldering, and stone setting, to bring designs to life with attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
Client Collaboration
Work closely with clients to understand their preferences, customizing designs to meet their specific needs and desires.
Concept Generation
Create innovative designs concepts both manually and using Corel Draw develop sketches, 3D models, and prototypes to visualize new designs.
Market Research
Stay updated on current jewelry trends, consumer preferences, and competitive offerings to inform design decisions and stay relevant in the market.
Marketing and Sales
Promote finished jewelry pieces through various channels, including online platforms, retail stores, and trade shows, and may be involved in sales presentations or negotiations.
Quality Control
Ensure that finished pieces meet quality standards, conducting inspections and making adjustments as necessary to maintain customer satisfaction.
Business Management
Manage aspects of the business such as budgeting, inventory management, and vendor relationships, particularly for independent designers or small businesses.
Continuous Learning
Stay informed about advancements in jewelry design techniques, materials, and technology through ongoing education and professional development.
Brand Development
Establish and maintain a distinctive brand identity, reflecting the designer's style and values to attract loyal customers and build a strong reputation in the industry.
Issue Resolution/Inquiry handling
Coordination with team for timely issue resolution & inquirer handling within TAT.
