Job Description

Location: Hyderabad (Begumpet), Thrissur, Kottayam, Calicut- Kerela, Surat, Vadodara- Gujarat.

Experience:

Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Insurance Sales.
Preference for candidates with prior experience in Agency Sales within the Insurance sector.

Job Role:

Responsible for the recruitment of insurance agents from the open market.
Drive the sales of Future Genrali Health products through a network of insurance agents.

Age:

Candidates should be below 32 years of age.

Preferred Industry Experience:

Experience in Health Insurance, Life Insurance, General Insurance, or NBFC (with a willingness to transition to Health Insurance Agency Sales).

Compensation Package:

Offer Range:
- Assistant Sales Manager / Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager Up to 4.50 Lakhs annually.
CTC Hike:
- Based on the candidates existing salary and company standards.
Incentive Structure:

In addition to the fixed CTC, monthly sales incentives will be provided.
