Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Recruiting and building a high performing distribution network of part time employees (PTE) who will be called Financial Consultants (FC).
2. Training, motivating and driving these FCs to recruit Advisors (agents) and sell insurance through them.
3. Ensuring quality to business and welfare and persistency.
4. Meeting prospective customers with FCs to sell insurance solutions.
5. Providing pre and post sales service support.
6. Making the FCs & Advisors to use latest digital platforms and are engaged well towards productivity.
