Designation - Analyst / Senior Analyst
Should be ready for occasional night shifts.
Important responsibilities in this role will include: Communicate and coordinate with analysts and provide servicing support Distribute research reports through websites, email, third-party financial aggregators, etc. Troubleshoot analysts problems regarding the application, login issues, and website access Partner with the Change team to identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics Practice the change management methodology, process, and tools to create a strategy to support the adoption of changes required by a project or initiative Support communication efforts: help design, develop, deliver, and manage key communications Support and engage senior leaders Provide real-time support to analysts in requests such as formatting / editing / merging / optimizing PDF, troubleshooting, and handling requests over email / calls Play an active role in reporting and handling critical incidences such as application outages impacting the research publication schedule Create presentations and one-pagers for clients Undertake quality checks and create MIS dashboards Skills were looking for: Graduate (B.com / BBA) / Postgraduate in finance 2 to 5 years of experience in finance or research background with good understanding of equities and research functions Comfortable with occasional night shift as per project requirements Multitasking and out of the box thinking Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts Problem-solving and root-cause identification skills Good understanding of financial services industry Good understanding of advanced Excel and macro functions Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools Flexible and adaptable to work in different situations Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical skills and eye for detail Disseminate knowledge and process updates within the team
