Cleanroom Operator Responsibilities & Duties
Manage and maintain all organizational documents, including contracts, policies, and procedures
Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and accessibility of all documents
Implement document control processes and procedures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement document management strategies
Facilitate the document approval process, including tracking and following up on outstanding approvals
Develop and maintain document control training materials and provide training to team members
Provide support to other departments as needed to ensure smooth document management processes
Cleanroom Operator Qualifications & Skills
Experience with document management systems and databases
Project management experience
Experience in a regulated industry, such as healthcare or finance
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in document management
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
