Associate/Senior Associate -PF Compliance
Level Associate / Senior Associate
Department PF Compliance
Experience 2 to 8 years of related experience
Location Bandra, Mumbai
Qualification Graduate/ Post Graduate

Primary Responsibility

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely PF registrations, filings, and remittances.
- Maintain and update employee PF records.
- Handle PF withdrawal, transfer, and settlement processes.
- Liaise with EPFO and other regulatory bodies for compliance matters.
- Assist in audits and inspections related to PF compliance.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure compliance adherence.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Bachelors degree in Commerce, Law, or related field.
1-10 years of experience in PF compliance within the outsourcing industry.
Strong knowledge of EPF Act, ESI, and other labor laws.
Proficiency in MS Office and payroll software.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
