Role: Field Clinical Coordinator Location: Bangalore, Mangalore, Nellore, Hyderabad [City] (Travel required within the city) Salary: Up to 3 LPA CTC (including PF and ESIC) Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Field Clinical Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthcare, technology, and field operations, with the ability to work closely with hospitals and healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities: Visit hospitals to set up devices and ensure smooth operation. Conduct site recce and communicate device requirements to the remote team. Train hospital staff (nurses, doctors) and patients on how to use the monitoring devices (Dozee) and patient monitoring dashboard. Coordinate with the remote team to report activities conducted during site visits. Establish and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors and nurses. Requirements: Graduation or Diploma in a technical or science-related field. 1-2 years of experience in field operations or field sales in the healthcare or hospital industry. Willingness to travel within the city and possess a 2-wheeler. Comfortable working inside hospital wards, including night shifts. Good communication skills and fluency in local languages. Basic computer literacy. Prior field experience is a plus, especially in healthcare or hospital settings. Previous experience working with healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses) is preferred. Additional Skills (Good-to-Have): Experience in the healthcare or hospital sector. Experience working in a startup environment. Benefits: Competitive salary of up to 3 LPA (CTC).
