Job Description: We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Chemist with a B-Tech or M-Tech degree to join our R&D team. The successful candidate will be involved in the formulation, development, and testing of herbal cosmetic products. Key Responsibilities: Develop and formulate herbal cosmetic products, including skincare, haircare, and personal care items. Conduct stability studies and ensure product safety and efficacy. Perform analytical testing using instruments such as HPLC, GC, and spectrophotometers. Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to ensure product feasibility and scalability. Maintain detailed documentation of experiments, results, and formulations. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the herbal cosmetic industry. Qualifications: B-Tech or M-Tech in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Science, or a related field. Experience in formulating cosmetic or personal care products, preferably herbal or natural products. Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety standards in the cosmetic industry. Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and conducting analytical tests. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and creativity. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
