Job Title Cabin Crew / Ground Staff / Air Hostess Roles And Responsibilities. Cabin Crew / Air Hostess Welcome passengers on board and ensure a comfortable and safe journey. Deliver exceptional in-flight customer service, including serving meals and addressing passenger inquiries. Conduct safety demonstrations and ensure compliance with all safety regulations. Handle medical emergencies and provide first aid when necessary. Maintain professional grooming standards and represent the airlines image positively. Ground Staff Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage handling processes. Provide information about flight schedules, delays, and airport facilities. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently. Coordinate with security teams for passenger safety and smooth airport operations. Ensure compliance with airport rules and airline policies.
