Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced and skilled Scrub Nurse to join our surgical team at Sushruta Hospital and Trauma Care. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the operating room and providing the best possible care to patients. Key Responsibilities: Assist surgeons during operative procedures, maintaining a sterile environment. Prepare and manage surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies. Monitor patients" vital signs and support the surgical team throughout the procedure. Ensure adherence to surgical protocols and infection control standards. Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. Valid Nursing License. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrub Nurse. Excellent understanding of surgical procedures and sterile techniques. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
