Your responsibilities will include: 1. Sales Conversions Convert leads into successful sales by understanding customer needs and presenting tailored solutions. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs. Implement effective sales strategies to maximize conversion rates. Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. 2. Sales Calls & Client Engagement Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls to prospective clients, including individual students, academic institutions, and healthcare training centers. Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-ups. Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Schedule and host virtual or in-person product demos as needed. 3. On-Field Sales & Client Meetings Actively engage in field sales, visiting potential clients and conducting face-to-face meetings. Present Jubilee Mission Group & Ezi Nurse product offerings in person at academic institutions, nursing schools, and industry events.
