As an administration/operations Intern at The Chef Ptissier, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our team to gain hands-on experience in the culinary industry. We are looking for someone who is passionate about email marketing, has strong spoken and written English skills, and is proficient in Google Workspace. Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Assist in creating and implementing email marketing campaigns to promote our products and services. Manage and respond to customer inquiries and feedback through email and other communication channels. Help with general administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing files, and updating spreadsheets. Support the operations team in coordinating, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to analyze data and track the performance of marketing campaigns. Contribute creative ideas for improving processes and enhancing customer experience. Learn and utilize various software tools and platforms to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
