- Location: Mohali, Punjab (On-site) Job Type: Full-time About Us: We are an innovative and growing company looking for a DevOps Specialist who is skilled in optimizing processes and systems across various platforms. This role is perfect for a tech-savvy professional with a passion for automation, integration, and streamlining workflows using tools like Airtable, Zapier, WordPress, APIs, and more. Key Responsibilities: Airtable Management: Design, configure, and maintain Airtable databases and workflows. Ensure seamless data organization and reporting across the team. Zapier Automation: Create and manage complex automations using Zapier to streamline business processes and integrate various platforms. WordPress Development: Manage, optimize, and develop WordPress websites, including plugin management, custom coding, and performance optimization. API Integration: Implement, maintain, and troubleshoot API integrations between different systems, ensuring smooth data flow and communication. Forms & Dashboards: Build and integrate online forms (e.g., Typeform, Gravity Forms) with dashboards for real-time data analysis and visualization. Process Automation: Identify opportunities for automation and implement solutions to improve efficiency across systems and workflows. Monitoring & Maintenance: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing maintenance to ensure uptime and reliability of all integrated systems. Collaboration: Work closely with development, marketing, and operations teams to understand their needs and provide DevOps solutions that improve productivity. Key Requirements: Proven experience as a DevOps Specialist with a strong focus on Airtable, Zapier, and WordPress. Expertise in setting up and managing API integrations across multiple platforms. Proficient in building custom automations using Zapier and other automation tools. Hands-on experience with WordPress development, including custom themes, plugins, and site optimization. Strong knowledge of form-building tools (e.g., Typeform, Gravity Forms) and creating real-time dashboards. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to integrations and automations. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement and efficiency.
