• Compliance to Process / Policy guidelines Ensure Compliance to Process / Policy guidelines Ensure awareness among staff on guidelines Ensure Exceptions are tracked, managed and brought to closure Ensure TATs are met consistently Ensure periodic Process Reviews Controls Ensure systems and procedures are followed to comply with Internal and External audits and ensuring NIL exceptions Physical document control; Financial control Ensure data security Nil Audit Exceptions Nil Errors Ensure checks and controls to avoid leakage of income Explore avenues for Automation Managing Cost / Volumes / Capacity / Productivity / Team Ensure cost consciousness among staff Implement Cost Save Initiatives Ensure volumes are handled Ensure that Capacity / Productivity is tracked and data is shared Track and ensure Office Timings / Leave etc Business Support Support to Business on new process/ process realignment Support Front end teams in resolution of complaints / queries Addressing queries received within the stipulated time without any delay to avoid escalation
• Closure of referrals with adequate resolution and within TAT
