Job Description
- Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior React.js Developer with over 5 years of experience in building and maintaining sophisticated web applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of front-end technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead and mentor junior developers. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development of front-end web applications using React.js and its ecosystem (Redux, React Router, etc.). Design and architect scalable and maintainable front-end applications. Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders to create seamless user experiences. Build reusable, efficient, and modular components while ensuring code quality through best practices and testing. Integrate third-party services, APIs, and data sources to the front-end. Identify and address performance bottlenecks, optimize page load times, and ensure the responsiveness of the application across devices. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers and review code to ensure adherence to company standards. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in front-end development, bringing in new technologies and best practices where applicable. Required Skills and Qualifications: 5+ years of experience working with React.js and strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+). Solid experience with state management tools such as Redux, MobX, or Context API. Strong understanding of web development concepts, including DOM manipulation, web sockets, and API integrations. Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end build pipelines and tools such as Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn. Experience in TypeScript is highly preferred. Deep understanding of version control systems (Git) and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines. Proven ability to optimize components for maximum performance in a wide variety of browsers and devices. Experience with unit and integration testing tools like Jest, Mocha, Enzyme, or similar. Knowledge of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web performance optimizations. Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.,
