Job Description

Checking of Batch Process Report of product
manufactured and reporting of deviation / justification and
submit documents for release of product to QA head.
Ensure the process validations are carried out as per
protocols.
Verifying balance calibration and cleaning records.
Releasing of SOPs and exercising control and updating the
data of documents.
Controlling of change requests and updating the data.
To follow the document control system.
Ensure initiated deviations are closed in proper time period
with corrective action.
Issuance of QC protocols, Specifications, SOPs, BMR,
Forms, Cleaning sheets etc.
Line clearance for packing activity and reviewing packing
record.
Review of test protocols of final product,key raw material
and intermediates.
Reviewing QC test record
SAP authorization for usage decision
