Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Fashion Forecast & trend research
2. Concept development, digital cads & sketches.
3. Creating visual ideas for collection showcase as showroom setup
4. Development of sample styles as per the inspiration given by the buyer.
5. Development and ordering of the fabric, trims and accessories
6. Should be responsible for drawings, design details, specifications.
7. Producing consistently excellent visual work by creative and innovative ideas
8. Preparing PPT, Digitally sketching / CADs
9. Would have to design for US/European Fashion Retailers.
10. Excel sheet management, Team follow ups & effective tasks delegation.
11. Should have knowledge of wovens wear
12. Getting new development made according to the latest market trends and Inspiration sent by the buyer
13. Sourcing new fabric, New Embroideries and New Prints
14. Good communication, presentation & training skills is a must.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. She should have in depth knowledge of Apparel material forecast, Textile techniques, types of prints, various fabrics and basic technicality of fabric making.

2. She should be Pro in Adobe Photoshop & In-Design software

3. Good communication, Presentation & Training skills is a must.
