Senior Sourcing Executive,
HCLTech
CTC - 4.5 LPA to 5.5 LPA
Preferably Immediate, 15-30 Days joiners

Your Role & Responsibilities
- Sourcing Suppliers and maintaining long term relationships with them as well as existing suppliers
- Obtaining quotes from different suppliers
- Negotiating price, quantity and delivery schedules with suppliers
- Assessing quotes and compiling a detailed assessment of cost break down
- Generating quote comparisons and contributing to internal supplier selection
Qualifications & Experience Minimum Requirements
- Any bachelor degree with min 4-8 years of experience in Indirect procurement
- Proven experience in sourcing process
- A thorough understanding of sourcing methodologies
- Strong negotiation skills
- Implementing inventory optimization strategies within the company
- Should have experience in handling global suppliers
- Providing solutions to improve company spending
- Excellent written and oral communication skills Good written and oral communication skills
- Must be flexible for night shifts
- Any SCM certification would be an added advantage
