Position: Sales & Marketing Executive/Assistant Manager
Experience: 0 to 1 Year (Freshers are Welcome)
Education Qualification: BBA & MBA
Location: Delhi, Gurugram & Vaishali
Job Responsibilities:
1. Ensure the branch achieves its monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets according to the Company Business Plan.
2. Focus on acquiring new customers across all segments, with a particular emphasis on Foreign Exchange services such as Currency notes, Travel card, and TT, as well as insurance MTSS.
3. Assist the branch in devising effective strategies to enhance brand reputation in the market.
4. Manage Foreign Exchange Operations in compliance with statutory regulations and guidelines provided by RBI (Reserve Bank of India).
5. Provide exceptional customer service in every transaction.
6. Maintain accurate registers, records, and documentation as per the prescribed guidelines.
7. Foster and maintain excellent customer relationships at all appropriate levels.
8. Submit daily sales reports to the reporting authority.
9. Collect all necessary KYC (Know Your Customer) documents from corporate clients before initiating any business activities.
