- Job Description : Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to accounting standards. Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making processes. Develop, monitor, and analyze budgets and forecasts to guide the company's financial planning. Identify areas for cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements. Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks. Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulations. Liaise with auditors and regulatory bodies for audits and compliance matters. Manage and reconcile accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data. Monitor cash flow, manage financial transactions, and oversee invoicing and billing processes. Contribute to the development of financial strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives. Provide financial advice and recommendations to management for informed decision-making. Qualifications and Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Master degree preferred. 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles. In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards. Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience in eCommerce industry preferred.,
