1.Desktop Hardware troubleshooting, Handling virus issues and updating Antivirus software issues for Desktops / Laptops.
2.Strong in hardware assembling & Troubleshooting, Monitoring call management systems to ensure SLA is met on time.
3.Ensure that customer service engineers are assigned to calls, Monitoring white space on call systems to improve productivity of engineers.
4.Determined urgency of calls and scheduled to appropriate engineer.
5.Maintaining reports on Excel sheet
6.Handling user calls and creating new tickets as per user query and descriptions.
7.MS Outlook configuration, outlook backup, restore & troubleshooting, Handling Remote desktop and team viewers, Installation of Printer Drivers and Troubleshooting folders, Sharing devices & printers.
8.Troubleshooting basic Network related problems. TCP/IP configuration, Internet Maintenance, cabling, patching and LAN troubleshooting.
