Job Description
- ob purpose SME is management position in our Finance and Accounting (F&A) Operations. We support our customers with a variety of business process in Record-To-Report (R2R) stream. Current requirement is to perform SOX ITGC testing for our customer. We are looking for candidates, who have good understanding of Insurance Business Processes like- Accounting Operations, have demonstrated superior people management and relationship management skills for Team Lead Duties and responsibilities Ensure client service delivery in accordance with the quality guidelines & methodologies. Build and maintain client relationship by understanding and being responsive to client needs and ensuring high quality of deliverables. Quality Review of teams work ensuring delivery meets CTQ requirement for ITGC testing Interact with teams to understand different Business processes & conduct Walkthrough Identify applicable Business Controls for the process Generation of relevant reports to perform audits Following established statistical sampling guidelines to identify records for audit evaluation Obtaining documentation to support adherence to business processes Evaluation of documentation as per audit requirement Forming conclusion of audit based on evaluation of documentation Updating audit documentation with details Qualifications Education: B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent Specialized knowledge: Good Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills and good interpersonal skills desired Abilities Expect effective application of analytical skills and prioritisation and planning ability Other characteristics: SME/TL position requires regular over the phone interaction with customer, onshore managers and counterparts. Candidate must have basic telephone etiquettes. Experience 4+ years preferably in performing Internal Audits and/or SOX Process Audits, Working conditions 24x7 operations requires flexibility to work in any shift Requirements Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in ITGC testing. Strong technical background, including knowledge of IT general controls, application controls, and data integrity. Experience with SOX compliance and auditing standards. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,
