Overview: We are seeking an AI Specialist and Full-Stack Tech Lead to drive the development of our AI-powered healthcare platform. This role requires a unique blend of AI expertise and full-stack development skills. You will be responsible for building a robust and scalable product, integrating advanced AI models, and ensuring that the platform delivers real value to healthcare professionals. Core Responsibilities: AI Model Integration: Lead the integration of AI models into the platform, ensuring that they are optimized for performance and accuracy. You will work closely with data scientists to deploy machine learning models that deliver actionable insights to users. Full-Stack Development: Oversee the development of both front-end and back-end systems. This includes creating a seamless user interface and a backend that can handle complex data processing and storage. Scalability & Performance: Architect the platform to scale efficiently, ensuring that it can handle a large user base and high volumes of data without compromising performance. Security & Compliance: Implement and maintain security protocols that ensure compliance with healthcare regulations like HIPAA and GDPR. This includes data encryption, secure data storage, and access controls. Team Leadership: As the tech lead, you will manage and mentor other developers (if hired), setting technical direction, conducting code reviews, and ensure that the team adheres to best practices. Continuous Improvement: Regularly analyze system performance, gather user feedback, and implement updates and optimizations to improve the product continually. Must-Have Skills: AI/ML Expertise: Proven experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and natural language processing tools like Hugging Face. You should be comfortable with training, fine-tuning, and deploying machine learning models. Full-Stack Development: Strong experience in front-end (React.js, Vue.js) and back-end (Node.js, Django) development. Knowledge of modern databases (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL) is essential. Cloud Infrastructure: Proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, with hands-on experience in deploying scalable applications and using services like Kubernetes or Docker for containerization. Security Compliance: Deep understanding of security best practices and experience in implementing secure systems, particularly in the healthcare sector. Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide a team, communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
