Ambe Healthcare Staffing specializes in placing nurses globally and is dedicated to providing expert healthcare recruitment services in the United States. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a BDM and Sales Specialist at Ambe Healthcare Staffing in Mumbai/Nashik. The BDM and Sales Specialist will be responsible for bringing clients onboard and maintaining relationship with current clients. The said BDM and Sales Specialist should have knowledge of onboarding clients for a US company and the experience of onboarding clients for pharmaceutical, healthcare, and BFSI. Required Skills: - Develop and execute strategies for new client acquisition within the healthcare staffing sector. - Identify client requirements and maintain strong relationships to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction. - Leverage existing relationships and professional network to explore new business opportunities. - Act as the primary point of contact for obtaining new job orders for recruitment teams. - Interact regularly with various levels of management, functional leads, and other staff to understand their needs and deliver tailored staffing solutions. - Conduct effective presentations and communicate clearly in consultative settings, engaging with compliance teams, hiring managers, and business owners. - Present our staffing services compellingly to both new and existing clients, ensuring alignment with their goals and requirements.,
