Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist at Ambe Healthcare Staffing in Mumbai/Nashik. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for tasks such as lead generation, market research, customer service, and utilizing analytical skills to drive business growth and client acquisition. Qualifications Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities Experience in Lead Generation Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of the healthcare industry Experience with US Staffing and Recruitment Solid Experience with Onboarding Healthcare clients Knowledge of Generating leads and filling details in Hubstaff. Experience with Govt related healthcare clients. Bidding proposal writing. Pharma related clients knowledge will be plus.,
