Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative (Voice Process) at Etech Global Services in Gandhinagar. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering a positive customer experience on a day-to-day basis. Requirement: Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in a customer service role is a plus Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage High school diploma or equivalent required, associate's or bachelor's degree preferred,
