- Job Title: Flight Attendant Job Overview: As a Cabin Crew Member, you will be the face of our airline, providing exceptional customer service to passengers while ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the flight. You will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, collaborating with other crew members to deliver a seamless travel experience. Your primary role will be to assist passengers, conduct safety procedures, and manage inflight services. Key Responsibilities: Passenger Assistance: Welcome and guide passengers to their seats, assist with stowing luggage, and provide answers to their queries. Safety Procedures: Conduct safety demonstrations, ensure compliance with aviation safety regulations, and assist passengers during emergency situations. In-flight Services: Serve food and beverages, manage special requests, and handle passenger complaints in a professional and courteous manner. Pre-flight & Post-flight Duties: Conduct pre-flight safety checks, ensure the cleanliness of the cabin, and restock supplies as needed. Team Collaboration: Work with other crew members and the flight deck to ensure smooth communication and cooperation during the flight. First Aid: Provide basic first aid when necessary and respond to any medical emergencies onboard. Education: Any Graduation Requirements: Communication Skills: Proficiency in English, Excellent verbal communication skills. Physical Fitness: Ability to stand for long periods, handling luggage, and handle emergency equipment. Professional Appearance: Maintain a neat and professional appearance as per airline standards. (Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or aviation is a plus) Certifications: First aid certification (preferred), ability to pass a background check, and completion of relevant airline training programs Adaptability: Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing situations during flights.
