Job Summary: We are seeking a results-oriented Business Development and Account Manager to drive growth in our IT services vertical while managing and nurturing relationships with our existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of business development, account management expertise, and a deep understanding of IT services. Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify and generate leads through networking, market research, and outreach to target industries. Develop and execute strategies to secure new clients and grow revenue streams. Collaborate with the leadership team to explore new business opportunities and markets. Client Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for existing clients, ensuring their requirements are understood and met. Build and nurture strong client relationships to drive satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell IT services to existing clients. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement business development and account management plans aligned with organizational goals. Meet and exceed revenue targets and KPIs for both new business and existing accounts. Delivery Coordination: Work closely with delivery teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects for existing clients. Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, addressing and resolving any issues or concerns. Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and new opportunities in the IT services market. Provide strategic inputs to the leadership team for market positioning. Proposal & Reporting: Collaborate with technical teams to create compelling proposals, presentations, and pricing models for new clients and additional work for existing clients. Maintain accurate records of sales pipelines, account statuses, and client feedback. Key Requirements: Experience: 6-8 years of proven experience in business development and account management within the IT services industry. Technical Acumen: Understanding of IT services such as AI/ML, Data Analytics, Cloud Solutions, and Enterprise Product Development. Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is a plus. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Networking: Strong network of industry contacts and the ability to develop new connections. Client Management Skills: Proven ability to manage and grow existing accounts while ensuring client satisfaction.
