- Job Title: Senior Technical Consultant (.NET) Experience Level: 3-6 Years Location: Kolkata Job Type: Full-Time Department: IT/Consulting Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Consultant with 3 to 6 years of experience in .NET Web Forms, .NET Core, SQL, Angular, and ERP/HRMS applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting both modern and legacy applications, with a strong focus on MS SQL, API development, and reporting tools such as Crystal Reports and RDLC. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET Web Forms, .NET Core, and Angular frameworks. Develop and optimize complex MS SQL queries, stored procedures, and database performance tuning. Work extensively with APIs, including the development and integration of REST and SOAP services. Collaborate with teams to implement, enhance, and support ERP and HRMS applications. Provide technical expertise in integrating reporting tools like Crystal Reports and RDLC for custom report generation. Contribute to the architecture and technical design of software solutions for both modern and legacy systems. Manage and enhance legacy applications while implementing modern practices where possible. Use Git for version control and manage branching, merging, and release processes. Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of developed applications. Conduct code reviews and mentor junior team members. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technical solutions meet business requirements. Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to current systems. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of .NET Web Forms, .NET Core, and Angular. Expertise in MS SQL, with proficiency in writing complex queries, stored procedures, and database tuning. Proficiency in API development and integration using REST and SOAP services. Experience with Crystal Reports and RDLC for reporting and custom report generation. Experience in working with ERP and HRMS applications. Strong familiarity with Git for version control. Interest in and ability to work on legacy systems while integrating modern practices. Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns. Nice to Have: Basic knowledge of Azure cloud concepts. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 4-6 years of professional experience in .NET technologies, MS SQL, Angular, API development, and working with legacy products.,
