- Job Title: Full Stack Developer Location: Noida Experience: 3-5 Years Type: Full-time About Us: Mad Influence is a leading platform in the influencer marketing space, helping brands connect with creators to build meaningful collaborations. What Youll Do: Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and implement new features across both frontend and backend, improving the platforms overall functionality. Maintain Codebase: Ensure high code quality, performance, and security across web and mobile applications. Collaboration: Work closely with our engineering team, UI/UX designers, and product managers to bring features from concept to deployment. Optimization: Improve performance, scalability, and reliability of the platform, identifying and fixing bottlenecks. Platform Evolution: Participate in the transition process as we bring our tech in-house, working with an external agency during the handover phase. API Integrations: Develop and manage RESTful APIs for third-party integrations with social platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and others. Testing & Debugging: Write unit tests and conduct regular testing to ensure bugs are identified and resolved before production. What Were Looking For: Technical Expertise: Proficient in technologies like JavaScript, Node.js, Python, React.js, MongoDB, and SQL databases. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a plus. Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a full stack developer, preferably with experience in building scalable SaaS platforms. Problem Solver: Strong ability to troubleshoot complex problems and implement efficient solutions. Startup Mindset: Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment. Team Player: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams. Nice-to-Have: Experience in AI/ML-driven platforms or influencer marketing domains. Familiarity with DevOps practices and cloud architecture. Experience working with third-party APIs like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
