About us Job Overview EverExpanse Pvt. Ltd. Pune , Maharashtra 0-1 Years Full Time Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented QA Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and logical reasoning abilities. This role is perfect for freshers or candidates with minimal experience who are eager to build a career in software quality assurance. Key Responsibilities Create and Execute test cases (manual and/or automated) to ensure software quality. Identify, document, and report bugs or defects using bug-tracking tools. Collaborate with the development team to resolve issues and ensure quality standards. Participate in requirement analysis to understand testing objectives. Conduct regression testing after bug fixes. Provide clear and concise updates to stakeholders. Maintain test documentation and create test plans when needed. Required Skills: Strong analytical and logical reasoning abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Basic understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Attention to detail and the ability to think critically. Team player with a proactive attitude towards learning. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of any bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla). Familiarity with test management tools. Basic programming or scripting knowledge is a plus. Eligibility: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
