    APN Consulting has an immediate need for a Contract Position. Job Title: QA Tester Customer Service Management (CSM) Project About The Project Key Responsibilities Develop and execute test plans and scripts to ensure CSM functionality meets requirements. Collaborate with developers and architects to identify, report, and track defects. Ensure API integration and Now Assist AI are thoroughly tested. Participate in regular stand-ups and provide feedback on QA progress. Requirements 2-4+ years of QA testing experience, preferably in ServiceNow CSM or healthcare projects. Strong knowledge of API testing and integration validation. Familiarity with ServiceNow platform and automation testing tools. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,
