We can hire both Grad and UG however person needs to have an exp in Customer Service and Social Media preferably. Additionally can we also look at the pool with 1 year experience in Social media management & overall experience of 2 + years in Customer service.
Brief: As a Social Care Executive, youll be responsible for evaluation of customer queries/complaints, timely/ effective response management, and partnership with cross-functional teams to resolve issues across our social platforms. This role requires work from office and candidates should be willing to work across all shifts (24x7 support process).
